Dr.Bala is my FAVORITE PCP EVER! He’s there for you when you need him, he cares about your overall wellbeing and how he can improve it! He will listen to you show you compassion and support he shows you empathy and understanding he truly cares about you! He listens to you and shows you nothing but kindness and respect! That’s what makes him such a great person! he is no rush he explains everything in ways you learn. To everyone who is reading this we’re all brave and we’re all stronger together and we will raise above our chronic illnesses we will continue the fight no matter what! We will continue to advocate for us! We will continue to have hope! Stay strong everyone! I’m clapping for you! Keep advocating for yourself! Him and his nurses are amazing they make you smile or laugh especially on your hard days they are there for you! Dr.Bala is one of my hero’s he helped save my life when he found my rare vascular compression. I trust him with my health but also my mental health! Because of him believing and advocating for vascular compressions he has made a difference in my life! He will stand by his patients and advocate for them.He truly cares about you as a whole person He actually goes above and beyond for his patients to make sure they’re doing well! he’s always been there for me no matter what! he’s always been one call away for me! Dr. Robert Bala has been my PCP since January 2024. Dr. Bala should be elevated to sainthood. He is an incredible doctor and human being. His level of empathy is incredible and his caring nature makes you feel special. I have seen many physicians over the years. Dr.Bala is at the top of the list.

Dr. Bala is the kind of primary care physician that you want. He listens, he is kind and he genuinely cares about his patients. I have been his patient for 10 plus years.
